Global property advisor, Colliers International has been instructed to sell Barton Park Homes; an established group of eight holiday and home parks located in various locations across England.

The group comprises a successful mix of established park home estates, mixed residential and holiday parks and an excellent opportunity in the form of a development site.

Occupying excellent trading locations, the group’s parks are located in Devon (Glenholt Park & Bittaford Wood), Somerset (Walton Bay and West Bay), North Yorkshire (Badger Hill and Hathaway Park), Cumbria (Orton Grange) and Lancashire (Willowgrove).

The parks are being put on the market with Colliers to enable the Barton Group to expand their other business interests. The parks are being marketed with a combined guide price of £22.55m.

Colliers is anticipating a great deal of interest from a wide range of sources for Barton Park Homes and as such are open to interest in the whole group, sub-groups, or the parks on an individual basis.

Richard Moss, Head of Parks Agency at Colliers International said “This is an exciting instruction and a great opportunity for buyers to acquire these properties on a group, sub-group or individual basis.  The assets have trading symmetry either as a group or as clusters providing the opportunity to form an instant platform of established parks set in strong trading locations.  We also anticipate strong demand for the parks individually given the strength of the locations and the established trade.”

The sale is being dealt with by Richard Moss and Simon Bland of Colliers International.
