After the previous tenant left the premises, a number of cracks on the concrete slabs were detected, as much as minor deformations on the South façade. Further to a detailed structural report, a major refurbishment project was defined; the works to be carried out included foundations pilling and full renovation of the concrete slab.

After a marketing phase coordinated by Colliers, AFIAA started lease negotiations with COVIRAN and appointed our team for the supervision of all the necessary activities to close the deal and ensure on-time completion of the works.

Colliers provided integrated project management services comprising various activities aimed to prepare the premises to be delivered satisfactorily to the new tenant: supervision of a damages report previously prepared, feasibility report, project and construction management and supervision of the fit-out works required by the tenant.

The works were executed within the strict timeframe and budget restrictions including coordination of the works carried out by the tenant. This made possible the delivery of the premises on the date agreed.

The final results far exceeded AFIAA’s expectations for this project.
