Martyn is the Co-Head of Central London Valuations. Martyn joined Colliers in 2018 to set up the City Valuation team having joined from CBRE.
Martyn provides valuation advice for a variety of purposes including Secured lending, valuations for Accounts and Financial Statements, acquisition and disposal.
He has over 20 years valuation experience and has a detailed knowledge and understanding of the central London markets.
The team value a high proportion of transaction volumns each year for either loan security or acqusition purposes.
Valuation and Advisory Services
London - West End
Alistair is a Director in the Central London Valuation team. He has over 20 years’ experience, including three years in the US, providing advice on commercial property to banks, property companies, REITS, private investors and institutions, for acquisition, loan security, refinancing and accounting purposes. Alistair also manages specialist projects such as complex development appraisals, large portfolios and flexible office valuations.
Key recent assignments include Paddington Square, Network Rail portfolio, Southside in Victoria and Alistair was signatory on accounts valuations for British Land and Derwent.
