UK Store Disposal Lists
In April 2020, Carphone Warehouse instructed us on the disposal of 280 high street, shopping, retail park and roadside stores located across the UK.
There are now less than 80 sites still available.
The stores are situated in prominent locations with high footfall and represent the opportunity for either acquiring groups of stores or single sites.
Santander has appointed Colliers to oversee its property consolidation programme, following the bank’s announcement that the retail and commercial bank is to reduce the number of branches and offices across its UK portfolio.
Colliers are currently marketing 85 properties, a mix of freehold and leaseholds, in locations across the UK.
The announcement coincides with Colliers’ appointment as strategic property advisor to Santander for its UK retail and office portfolio.
