Former Peugeot Dealership | Bristol

Client: Stallantis Group

Purchaser: Dandara Living

Guide Price: £8,000,000



Colliers acted on behalf of client Stellantis Group to dispose of this 1.75 acre city centre former car dealership. Colliers advised on the business relocation strategy and securing new premises whilst working closely with the estate team to deliver a sale of the existing site in line with the delivery of vacant possession. The site had excellent redevelopment prospects given its position within the Temple Meads masterplan and was sold unconditionally in excess of the guide price following a targeted marketing process.


Colindale, London

Client: Cignia Developments Ltd

Purchaser: London Borough of Brent

Guide Price: £9,500,000



Colliers were jointly instructed to dispose of this 0.42 acre site that had planning for the demolition of the existing buildings, and redevelopment of the site to provide a part 4, part 5 and part 18 storey mixed-use building comprising 110 residential units, commercial space and amenity space. Following the marketing campaign and competitive tender the site was sold to Brent Council to provide much needed housing for the local area.


The Patchworks | Walthamstow, London

Client: Inland Homes PLC

Purchaser: London BTR Investments

Guide Price: £12,500,000


Following successful acquisition of the former Homebase site advised by Colliers, client Inland Homes achieved planning permission for a scheme of 584 residential units. The Colliers Development and BTR teams subsequently advised Inland Homes on the forward funding disposal to a joint venture partnership between Sigma Capital and Newlon Housing Trust.


Alford, Surrey

Client: Q Developments


Guide Price: £4,000,000


Colliers acted on behalf of Q Developments to dispose of the 17 affordable housing units completing forming the Section 106 element formally known as the Alfold Garden Centre. The site benefitted from planning permission to deliver 56 homes, with associated parking and amenity space.

Client: Southern Grove Real Estate

Purchaser: Orbit Housing Association

Guide Price: £4,750,000


The site obtained planning permission for 42 residential dwellings to include; 23 houses and 19 apartments together with associated infrastructure. Colliers undertook a targeted marketing campaign, securing a purchaser following the grant of an implementable consent.
