The site had excellent redevelopment prospects given its position within the Temple Meads masterplan and was sold unconditionally in excess of the guide price following a targeted marketing process.

Colliers were jointly instructed to dispose of this 0.42 acre site that had planning for the demolition of the existing buildings, and redevelopment of the site to provide a part 4, part 5 and part 18 storey mixed-use building comprising 110 residential units, commercial space and amenity space. Following the marketing campaign and competitive tender the site was sold to Brent Council to provide much needed housing for the local area.
