Client: Legal and General IM
Colliers acted for Tellon Capital as disposal agents delivering a forward funding deal with Legal and General IM. The city's Bargate Quarter scheme will see four buildings go up on the site, alongside the medieval town walls. Altered planning secured for 519 flats and townhouses, shops and garden areas, expected to be finished by the end of 2024.
