Matthew is a Director, Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 30 years industry experience within the Building and Project Consultancy sector.

He has extensive experience of collaborating with Developers, Funds and Private Clients, understands the commercial aspects of property development as well as the importance of programme and quality control throughout the duration of all projects.

His focus is to ensure the success of all projects through strong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork.

Helen is not just a Chartered Project Manager but holds qualifications in architecture. Her combination of skills enable her to not only manage and lead a team, but to offer design ideas, insights and solutions if required.

Helen has a passion to keep learning personally and professionally. She is ambitious to understand what drives each and every client, becoming a trusted advisor with whoever, she works with. 

Helen is a design focused Project Manager with twelve years’ experience in a variety of sectors. Her architectural background brings a wealth and depth of knowledge of design rarely found within a project manager.

With her accomplished design focused approach, Helen has experience in a range of sectors and all phases of design and construction projects; hotel and leisure, high end residential, commercial, office refurbishment schemes, rail, energy, living and retail, ranging from £25k to £400m.

Helen is a driven individual throughout all aspects of a project and passionate about ensuring are on time, on budget and meets the clients’ requirements and expectations.

Emily is a Director and a Chartered Project Management with over 10 years of experience working on large complex construction projects in the UK. Emily is a key figure within Project Management and Senior Management teams, now heading up the London Southwark Project Management team.

Emily understands the key objectives to delivering projects meeting her client’s needs. She takes great care in her work and her responsible nature makes her completely dependable becoming a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues. Emily is a positive character, bringing a ‘can do’ attitude to the table. Her organisation, ability to motivate teams and work collaboratively has led her to become a trusted adviser to our key clients.

Emily is a competent Project Manager being able to successfully deliver within the majority of sectors however her real focus lies within the commercial sector. Emily specialises in both new build and heavy cut and calve refurbishment schemes up to the value of c. £65m. Emily advises on all aspects from inception to completion of a project including Contract Administration / Employer’s Agent duties.

Emily leads the London Southwark Project Management team and oversees the wider internal team of Project Managers across all regions, reporting directly to senior Board level.

Steve is an Associate Director in the Project Management Team and Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years industry experience.

He has developed valued relationships with several key clients within the sectors he has worked in and aims to build on this and relationships with Colliers colleagues.

During his career, Steve has been involved in several multi-million-pound new build projects in various sectors including Commercial Office, Education, Transport, Industrial, Social Housing, Residential & Public together with experience in Cat A Refurbishment and Cat B Fitout projects.

Dan is a Director and Project manager with over 15 years industry experience across multiple different sectors.

Dan is problem solver who always looks to exceed client expectations, he is a known and trusted advisor. Dan focuses on learning his clients business needs and how he can add value to their projects.

Dan has extensive experience in across multiple sectors including retail, residential, industrial, commercial office, PBSA and laboratory space. Dans experience is both new build (brown and green field) and refurbishment.

Neil is Head of Project Management within the City of London Office and specialises in Project Management and construction based Building Surveying matters, high specification quality Category A and B office fit-outs.  Neil has acted as Project Manager, Employers Agent and Contact Administrator on a diverse large range of projects and has extensive experience of working with all standard JCT building contracts over traditional and design and build procurement routes.

He also has a broad experience of pre-acquisition and due diligence surveys, defects analysis and dilapidations appointments (for both landlords and tenants) on a wide range of commercial properties.
