The well-developed holiday park is developed with c.500 holiday home pitches, 180 acres of woodland and a highly regarded golf course. Sold on behalf of Shorewood Leisure Group.

We conducted a highly confidential marketing campaign on behalf of Park Leisure 2000 Ltd for these high quality parks in the beautiful Wear Valley.
