I have over 28 years experience in the Real Estate profession, focused on the North West of England but with particular emphasis on Manchester City Centre. Ten of those years was as lead Director of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Office Agency Department and after that ten years as the Principal Development, Investment, Office Agency Director at my own firm WHR. Based in Colliers Manchester office I offer a depth and breadth of commercial experience to Investors, Developers, Landlords and Occupiers with particular regard to complex mixed use scheme with a focus on procurement of Planning, Development, Letting and Disposal of City Centre office schemes. I deal with all aspects of office agency where I have been one of the principle protagonists for the evolution of Manchester’s City Centre office market. Mark Taylor has more than 20 years of experience in the Corporate and Landlord Office Leasing field. His role in the last 7 years has seen a focus on working with US Corporates seeking to locate or reduce their European facilities. As part of this role Mark has organised and made corporate and market presentations to End Users, Investors and Developers throughout the US and Europe.
Douglas Bonham joined Colliers International in 2011 and is a Director and head of the Birmingham National Offices team. He provides strategic property advice to national and international clients including occupational consultancy, development and value add investment.
I am a Director in the National Offices team based in Bristol and have over 21 years experience.
Having joined Colliers International in August 2008 my role has included numerous disposals and acquisitions in the South West for a myriad of clients, from large funds such as Aviva to private individuals.
I previously worked for Bidwells Business Space Agency team in Cambridge (2003 -2008) where I specialised in office and research & development disposals and acquisitions.
My career commenced in 1999 with Chesterton International Plc in London. After qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2001, I remained in the City office agency team.
I head up the Yorkshire and North East offices team and have over 20 years agency experience specifically within the region. I have been involved in numerous high profile city centre, business park and office led mixed use developments throughout the region.
Majoring on disposal and acquisition work for a variety of Property Companies, Funds and occupiers, I have also been prevalent in providing development advice on mixed use and regeneration projects throughout the region.
I also provide development consultancy and strategy advice to a number of local authorities, education institutions and charities.
I have worked with and agreed comprehensive multi-site 5 year Property Strategy Review Programmes with two large UK Financial Services occupiers within the past 5 years.

Guy has been involved with the commercial property market in the North of England for 36 years, initially as an agent, and more recently as a development consultant and client manager responsible for the provision of strategic property advice across a range of service lines. His clients include property companies, corporates, developers , public sector organisations and funding institutions. Guy has also worked client-side as the Northern Acquisitions Director for Regus Plc.
Guy has also been involved in numerous large scale development schemes (eg. Princes Exchange-Leeds , Asvanced Manufacturing Park-South Yorkshire, Digital Campus-Sheffield and Holbeck Urban Village, Leeds). He has also handled some of the regions largest land disposals (eg. 200+ acres for the NHS, 33 acres to a global aero-engine manufacturer and recently, 8 acres in Leeds' South Bank).
