Holly is a Director in the Investment Property Management (IPM) team and  Head of Client Strategy. She works with IPM and National Capital Markets to drive business development and client management and enhance our service offering for our key clients.  

Holly graduated from the University of Reading with First Class Honours in 2011 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013 at niche hotel investment firm, Gerard Nolan and Partners. 

Holly joined CBRE's High Street Retail Investment team in 2014, and transitioned into their Client Care team in 2016 to develop the Retail & Institutional Investors Client Care programmes. 

I was equity partner at Jansons from 1993 to 2006 at which time Jansons were acquired by Colliers International.  I am  a Director with the Investment Property Management team and Head of the Colliers International West London office.

Joining Colliers in 2003 Julia has 28 years experience working across all commercial real estate sectors in both London and the regions.  Acting for both UK and overseas propert investors specialising in the management of multi-let assets.

After graduating from Queens University Belfast I began working in Colliers in 2008 within the accounts department. I developed an interest within the Commercial Property Management industry and in 2012 enrolled in the College of Estate Management in Reading.

Following the completion of my APC  the opportunity arose to move across to the Investment Property Management department. I now manage a diverse range of properties within our portfolio across the UK and Ireland.

I am responsible for day-to-day property management, service charge budgeting, health and safety compliance, as well as lease negotiation, tenant assignments/alterations and client reporting.

As department head, Douglas has overall responsibility for approximately 500 properties under management with a total rent roll in excess of £230million.  Helpdesk for tenant/occupier use and a full property accounts team.  He has developed the business management procedures required for ISO9001 accreditation used by the CCRE IPM department across the UK.

I have in excess of 24 years of experience in Property & Asset Management on behalf of Institutional Investors, Property Companies, Developers and Individuals. I work across all property types and sectors delivering clients outstanding results.

2000 – present Colliers International  Birmingham ( Director and Head of Birmingham Investment Property Management). Providing Property Investors with a tailored high level investment property management service. Clients advised include , Keir, Longmead, IM Properties, Nurton and  AFH.

1997 - 2000 GVA Grimley Birmingham (Surveyor) Asset property management for property investors. Clients included Argent, Royal London Asset Management.

1995 – 1997 Checkley & Co / Jordan Salata Asset Management Birmingham – (Graduate Surveyor) multi sector property management and rating. Clients included City Electrical Factors.

 1994 – 1995 Corporate Property Ltd London (Graduate Surveyor). All aspects of Corporate Occupier Property Management clients included Rank Xerox, Imperial Cancer Research, HFC Bank.
