London
Len has more than 30 years' experience in the commercial property sector. Having started out as a trainee surveyor in 1983 he moved on to set up Jansons in 1990, a niche agency specialising in industrial in North and West London. In 2004/5 the business was voted Industrial Agency of the Year, this being the first ever non West End national practice to have won this prestigious award. In that same year the business transacted in excess of 3.5 million sq ft which accounted for in excess of 50% of the total transactions for the North and West London market.
Since joining Colliers International, as the Head of the UK Logistics and Industrial Department, the objectives are the same as always, to outperform all competitors whilst providing the highest level of service to all our clients. In 2018, the Colliers International UK Industrial & Logistics team completed over 250 deals totalling over 15 million sq ft.
I started in private practice over 25 years ago initially working with a large London based practice advising on the Industrial & Logistic sector, subsequently moving to a smaller specialist practice, providing a wide range of advice to clients. In 2006 I then joined Colliers International to focus on the Industrial & Logistics and Technology and Data Centre Sectors across the EMEA region.
I am part of the Colliers Data Centre Team in the UK, along with the Colliers Technology Solutions Group Steering Committee, a specialist practice group and liaise closely with Colliers brokers globally. I have worked on projects across the EMEA region, including the FLAP (Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam and Paris) markets, the Nordics and Turkey.
James has over 18 years experience in the UK Industrial & Logistics market. His main focus is on the disposal and acquisition of larger distribution warehouses and advising occupier clients within London and the South East. He is also involved in managing day to day agency instructions, providing strategic disposal advice, acquiring new premises and providing advice on site purchases and development.
Akhtar Alibhai joined Colliers CRE in 2004. He is currently responsible for the disposal and acquisition of Industrial sites and premises on behalf of a number of funds and developers including Aberdeen-Standard Asset Management, M&G Real Estate, Legal and Genral Assurance Society Ltd, RLAM, SEGRO, Canmoor, Chancerygate, Goyo Developments and Prologis, as well as a number of occupiers including Grafton Group ( Buildbase & Selco Builders Merchants) Safestore Self Storage, The Coop, Greggs Plc, IKEA and Lidl.
Tim specialises in the Industrial & Logistics sector undertaking acquisitions, disposals and providing development advice to investors, developers and occupiers of industrial & distribution accommodation and land.
Georgia joined Colliers in 2018 and specialises in the Industrial & Logistics sector undertaking acquisitions, disposals and providing development advice to investors, developers and occupiers of industrial & logistics space and land.
William is a Chartered Surveyor specialising within the Industrial and Logistics sector at Colliers. He provides development advice to a range of investors and developers across the UK. He is an expert on the analytical side of property transactions.
William initially joined Colliers on the graduate rotation scheme in August 2015 after obtaining a 2:1 in BSc Real Estate from the University of Reading. After passing his APC in October 2017, Will joined the Valuation team. Here, he undertook valuations of core commercial investments and developments across the South-East for either secured lending or financial reporting purposes.
William was seconded to Lloyds Bank Plc for six months in 2019/2020, where he assisted the Large Corporates, Commercial Real Estate division. His role included offering valuation and investment advice for high value properties and portfolios across the UK.
William has now specialised within the Industrial and Logistics sector following his internal move in 2021.
Max joined Colliers in 2022 as a member of the Industrial and Logistics team in London after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management.
Max Graduated from the University of Reading in 2021 with a degree in Investment and Finance in Property , and now specialises in the Industrial & Logistics sector undertaking acquisitions and disposals. Max is currently undertaking both his APC and IMC qualifications.
West London
Patrick has some 21 years' experience throughout the residential and commercial property markets. Originally starting in the property world in 1988 in the Home Counties, Patrick gained experience in residential sales and marketing continuing to work for numerous multi-national companies until 1997 at which time he joined Jansons & Partners, gaining experience in retail, office and industrial commercial property.
Throughout this time Patrick has come to specialise in acquisition and disposal of industrial & logistic premises and sites throughout the Heathrow and West London market. He has gained vast experience in specialist advice on site acquisition, long term development and short term income production.
Patrick acts on behalf of many corporate and individual clients within the Heathrow and West London market, offering advice on day to day marketing requirements to longer term opportunities.
Isa is a Senior Surveyor within our Industrial & Logistics team in Uxbridge and specialises in advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of industrial and logistics properties.
Prior to joining Colliers he worked for a family investment company and prior to that as a Graduate Surveyor at De Souza & Co in Heathrow.
Isa is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Midlands
Simon Norton is a director in the Birmingham office within the Industrial & Logistics team. He has 25+ years experience dealing with numerous site and building disposals / acquisitions throughout the wider Midlands area. Simon's clients include; Jaguar Land Rover, Rolls-Royce plc, Bentley Motors Ltd, TRW, Goodrich, Plastic Omnium, Euro Car Parts, Faurecia, Safestore, CBRE Investors Wilson Bowden and Gazeley Developments.
Sam joined Colliers International in 2013 as a member of the Industrial and Logistic team focusing on disposals and acquisitions, ranging from multi-let industrial estates to large distribution facilities, throughout the Greater Midlands area. Sam's previous experience is asset management for a Midlands based property company.
Joined Colliers International in February 2018 working in the Birmingham Industrial and Logistics team. My role includes dealing with leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals of industrial property on behalf of a wide range of corporate and individual clients.
Charlie Andrews joined Colliers International in September 2019 as a member of the Industrial and Logistics team in Birmingham focusing on disposals and acquisitions, ranging from multi-let industrial estates to large distribution facilities, throughout the wider Midlands area. Charlie has previously worked in Real Estate Valuations for a large multi-national firm.
North West
I joined Colliers International UK in Sept 2016 as a Director to head up the Manchester, Industrial & Logistics team, which consists of 4 people coverging the whole of the North West.
I became chartered in Dec 2004 and have of over 17 years experience in the Industrial Agency market and previously worked in the industrial agency teams of Matthews & Goodman, Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton (Where I was head of department from 2014 - 2016) in their Manchester Offices.
With an undergraduate degree in International Business, Finance and Economics and a Masters degree in Real Estate, Nathan has a wide spectrum of understanding when it comes to strategic real estate consultancy and business.
Over the past 3 years he has transacated on over £45,000,000 including lettings, acquisition of land and buildings on behalf of private clients. Nathan is determined to deliver and maintain strong relationships whilst looking for new ways of thinking and adapting to different circumstances.
Rachel joined Colliers in January 2021 on the Graduate Scheme, with the aim of completing her APC to become RICS qualified in Spring 2023. Rachel is currently on her second rotation within the Industrial and Logistics team in the Manchester office.
Rachel previously sat in the Valuation Team gaining exposure to Loan Security, Development and Portfolios valuation for a range of clients and asset classes.

I have over nineteen years experience in all aspects of Agency Surveying with a particular specialism within the Industrial and Logistics field. I work with a range of institutional clients, corporate occupiers and developer/property companies providing strategic property advice, acquisition/disposal and development advice.

- Occupier acquisition advice to companies including Lidl, Reckitt Benckiser, Dixons Carphone, ASDA, Ocado, Jaguar Land Rover, Magan, Siemens, Superdrug, Selco.
- Development advice on behalf of leading developers such as Verdion, Tritax Symmetry, Peel Group, Network Space, Stoford Developments, Citrus Group and Highgrove Plc.
- Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Standard, successfully let 415,000 sq. ft. at First Point, Doncaster to Amazon.
- Acting on behalf of WP Carey, sold a former printworks complex in Leeds comprising 190,000 sq. ft. facility on a 4.88 acre site to Caddick Developments. Retained by the purchaser, the site was subsequently comprehensively reconfigured and refurbished, resulting in a letting of the whole to Leeds City Council.
- Acting on behalf of Network Space, disposed of a 60 acre logistics development site in Worksop to DHL.
- Acting on behalf of Dixons Carphone, acquired 425,000 sq. ft. at Leeds Bradford Airport Distribution Park.
- Acting on behalf of Sainsbury Plc, disposed of the 400,000 sq. ft. former Argos RDC at Wakefield Europort.
- Acting on behalf of Tritax Symmetry, acquired a 90 acre development site in the North East of England with subsequent pre-let of 1,507,000 sq ft RDC to Amazon on an institutional lease.
- Acting on behalf of Glentrool, pre-sold 50,000 sq. ft. to Cromwell Polythene.
- Acting on behalf of Wilton Developments, let 135,000 sq. ft. at Latitide 135 Wakefield to WH Malcolm and 50,000 sq. ft. at Connex 50 Leeds to FedEx.

Caroline joined Colliers at their Leeds office in 2021 on the graduate scheme and spent her first year working in the Valuations team. She is now part of the Industrial & Logistics agency team and works on both acquisitions and disposals of a range of industrial assets. Prior to joining Colliers, Caroline worked at British Land as a Property Management Surveyor based at Meadowhall in Sheffield and was responsible for several retail park assets across the north of England.
South West
I joined Colliers International in 2012 for a years placement as part of my degree at Bristol UWE. Since completing my degree I re-joined the Bristol office in 2014, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor the following year, and then subseqnently managed to secure promotions year on year until being kindly awarded Directorship in 2019.
I am now Head of the South West Industrial & Logistics team based out of Bristol, specialising in the disposal and acquisition of industrial premises in the South West and South Wales regions, as well as providing specialist advice on industrial/warehouse development.
Alex joined Colliers in July 2019 as part of the Graduate Scheme. Alex is based within the Industrial and Logistics department in our Bristol office, specialising in the disposals and acquisitions of industrial units across the South West and South Wales regions.
Since joining Colliers, Alex has developed a strong understanding of the regional multi-let market, in particular, and has completed a number of lettings for various clients including Unit 3 Vertex Park (15,700 sq ft - Chancerygate); Unit 27-28 Beeches Industrial Estate (14,537 sq ft - DTZ Investors); and Unit 1604 - 1605 Bridgwater Gateway (11,500 sq ft - Bridgwater Gateway Industrial Ltd).
Alex passed his APC in January 2022 and has now qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

Iain has a wealth of experience in the Scottish commercial property market, specialising in Industrial and Logistics real estate. The Co-operative - Successfully secured mandate to dispose of UK wide portfolio of surplus warehouses totalling 3m sq ft. Approx. 1 m sq ft transacted in Scotland.
Logicor - Letting of Scotland's largest ever speculatively built warehouse; 380,000 sq ft at J4M8 to Amazon. Neighbouring 240,000 sq ft building sold to Schuh.
Freescale Semiconductor Inc - Sale and partial leaseback of 800,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in East Kilbride, Glasgow. Subsequent sale of the 31 acre site in 2021 to Copart on behalf of Clowes Developments.
Asda - Sale of 250,000 sq ft distribition warehouse facility in Grangemouth.
St Modwen Properties plc - Provision of acquisition advice for purchase of 32 acre former Rolls Royce facility at Hillington, Glasgow. Retained to provide Agency advice on 750,000 sq ft estate, rebranded Pegasus Business Park subsequently sold whole site to MEPC.
