The Easter holidays disrupted activity slightly in April, but investment volumes nevertheless enjoyed the strongest start to a year since 2015.


Q1 office and industrial take-up figures were encouraging. Yield compression is still evident across most market segments.

Key highlights in the month's Snapshot include:

  • Birmingham records strongest investment activity in over five years

  • Care home investment up 35% on five-year average
