Investment volumes in the year to date are more than 10% above average, although activity slowed in April and May.
While yields continue to compress at the “all property” level, some markets are starting to see a stabilisation. Inflation, gilts, and the Bank of England base rate are all at multi-year highs.

- Strong occupier demand for speculatively built and purpose-built industrial warehouses
