Investor demand for commercial property remains healthy with mountains of capital ready to be deployed across all sectors.

However, some headwinds remain, including rising build costs, interest rates and ESG considerations. We are now seeing some encouraging signs of the return to the office, with office take-up and footfall figures improving across various locations.

Highlights in this month’s Snapshot include:

  • Q1 2022 investment volumes up by 10% on 2021 levels
