The South East office market appears to be seeing a more sustainable level of activity.
Major corporates have been active in Q2, including Amazon, Siemens, IHG and Investec, and commitments by key blue chip occupiers will be critical in helping to improve market sentiment.

- Fringe London locations such as White City, continue to attract attention from wider business sectors as well as life science occupiers.
- Occupiers are going through a pattern of strategy planning before staff return to the office, piloting and experimenting with new work styles.

- With the furlough scheme ending we anticipate increased headcounts in many offices across the country come September with corresponding renewed positivity towards the office sector.
