The consumer-led economic recovery is well under way with many forecasters predicting GDP to return to pre-pandemic levels before the end of the year.
Q2 investment volumes will no doubt beat the “COVID-quarter”, but will struggle to match Q2 2019 levels. However, pricing is stable, suggesting ongoing investor appetite for UK assets. In this month’s Property Snapshot we highlight:
