Although commercial investment transactions are in abeyance as investors wait for a general re-opening of the UK economy, business confidence is strengthening and economic recovery may come sooner and be stronger than previously thought.


In this month’s Property Snapshot, we note:

  • Q1 2021 investment volumes are 50% above levels recorded during the first lockdown

  • Pricing remains stable suggesting stable investor appetite for UK assets

  • Investment and occupier demand for industrial assets remains strong
