London office supply is the talk of town at present. Regardless of the wider political climate, occupiers have continued to absorb space at a considerable rate. A cocktail of rising construction costs, complexities in the planning regime, demand from flexible providers and the pre-letting dynamic at work within the London market, is impacting the supply pipeline.
While everyone acknowledges the trend, the statistics are becoming quite stark. Larger-scale (100,000 sq ft plus) occupiers are starting searches earlier and earlier in order to secure top quality product in a location that will be amenable to their most important resource of all, their staff.
