Charles started working for the Colliers' Leeds office in the National Offices Team in January 2018. He gained an MSc in Commercial Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University having previously achieved a B.A. in History from the University of Liverpool.

As part of the National Offices team, Charles now offers a wide range of advice on Office premises throughout Yorkshire and the North East alongside colleague Roddy Morrison.
