Colliers has published its gender and ethnicity pay gap report for 2022.


For the year ending 5 April 2022, the firm’s gender pay and bonus gap stands at 37.3 per cent, a reduction of 0.8 per cent year-on-year.

This is the second year the company has published its ethnicity pay gap. The firm has seen an increase year on year in voluntary ethnicity data provided by employees (now at 75 per cent), which has resulted in the gap for pay and bonus increasing by 4.6 per cent to 25 per cent.
