The Bristol City Centre had a level of office take up not seen since 2007. Osborne Clarke’s pre-let of 74,000 sq ft at Halo, Finzel Reach was the stand out transaction, in a market that was dominated by the business and financial services sector. A low level of supply continues with only two offices due to complete this year. One of which has been pre-let in its entirety.
There was a stark contrast out of town which had no transactions over 10,000 sq ft. The investment market had marginally more activity over the same period last year, but was significantly down on the five year average.
