The Todd Campus is located to the north of Maryhill Road and has attracted notable occupiers such as Merck Life Sciences, Sartorius Stedim and the Glasgow Memory Clinic.

The heritable interest in the site is for sale however, this will be subject to a development agreement (a temporary ground lease arrangement) until the purchaser has developed the plot in line with their development proposal.

The sale will also be subject to a clawback agreement if a change of use is secured.

The vendor will insert a Section 32 Agreement whereby if the subjects are sold or redeveloped for any use other than Class(es) 4, 5 & 6 within 10 years from the date of sale, then 50% of any uplift in value, as determined by an independent valuer, will be given to the vendor.
