Davao, October 5, 2017 – Global real estate services company Colliers International Philippines and leading integrated energy company Chevron Philippines, Inc. recently celebrated a milestone in safety and security with the achievement of 750,000 man-hours marked without incurring loss in time due to injuries. This brings them closer to their goal of 1 million incident-free man-hours.
Under Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team, the company implemented the Total Plant Maintenance (TPM) project with 80 experienced personnel including third party contractors and subject-matter experts to support the management of Chevron’s six proprietary terminal depots nationwide, covering almost 1.2M square meters of oil and gas property and facilities.
“This milestone is a strong testament of Colliers’ commitment to safety and quality risk assessments through efficient and effective operations,” said Jet Ilaga, Colliers’ Executive Director for REMS. “We also ensure to practice strict compliance to Chevron’s Safe Work Processes and Procedures.”
Chevron has been entrusting the management of its facilities to Colliers International since 2012 and has again renewed their 5-year partnership this year.
