Colliers International Philippines, exclusive landlord representatives for Worldwide Corporate Center (“WCC”), recently announced that it has successfully negotiated leasing deals to bring occupancy in the building to 95%. Currently, Colliers has signed spaces for top-tier BPOs including InterGlobe Technologies, Five Nine Philippines and Pantheon Concepts. The building offers all the technical infrastructure and support facilities required by BPO tenants which contribute to its success. With its massive floor plates, the property is capable of achieving a very high density ratio which is crucial to BPO’s in creating more revenue generating seats.

Accessibility is the key selling point of the building which is strategically located along Shaw Boulevard, about 20 meters from the EDSA-Shaw MRT Station. Terminals for jeepneys, buses, taxis and shuttles are within close proximity, while hotels, retail and commercial complexes are within a few minutes’ walk.

With the success of WCC, another BPO project along EDSA Mandaluyong is in the planning stage. Likewise, several key locations are being eyed for future development, including Las Pinas, Muntinlupa and Cavite.

WCC is part of the Starmalls Group, majority-owned by the family of Senator Manny Villar.
