Colliers has welcomed Fergus Forsyth to its National Capital Markets team as an associate director.

In his new role Fergus will work alongside Richard Harris, in healthcare capital markets while also collaborating closely with colleagues in the Colliers Healthcare team. Fergus joins after eight years at Cushman & Wakefield where he worked with clients including Calthorpe Estates; Centreland; Howard de Walden Estate; Canary Wharf Group; Assura; Aurora Group; Cleveland Clinic and GenesisCare.

The Colliers National Capital Markets team has been expanding its presence in the operational markets sector, with a team of 20 that work across the full range of ‘beds’ including BTR, hotels, student accommodation and healthcare.
