Ganton Greyhound Inn sold by Colliers International

Sold off a guide price of £475,000.

The specialist Hotels Agency team of global real estate advisor, Colliers International, has sold The Ganton Greyhound, near Scarborough, North Yorkshire, off a guide price of £475,000, on behalf of Margaret Bennett and Robin Bamford, to Steve and Sharon Padfield.

The landmark 17-bedroom country inn is very well located, next to Ganton Golf Club, along the A64. It has attractive bar and dining facilities and spacious and flexible bedroom accommodation. Guests have the best of all worlds with a combination of character, space, ease of parking and large garden in which to relax. The inn also includes manager’s accommodation.
