Colliers International Publishes UK Gender Pay Report 2018

Colliers International has published gender pay report for 2018, which shows that Colliers has a mean gender pay gap of 41.5% (down 1.9%) and a median gender pay gap of 41.0% (down 2.8%).

Here is our 2018 gender pay report, including our results and what we are doing to close the gap.

“Last year we were pleased to publish our first Gender Pay Report and welcomed the opportunity to highlight the importance of this to our strategic agenda around diversity and inclusion. We understand that the gap is far from where we would like it to be but we are driving for sustainable change. We are committed to working hard to keep Colliers on the right track to see our gap further decrease year on year in the context of the market we are operating in.”
