Costa Coffee Drive Thru to join Kidderminster development

A new Costa Coffee Drive Thru will soon be joining the Silverwoods Park development at Kidderminster.

Colliers International’s Automotive & Roadside team has pre-let plot 1 on Silverwoods Park on behalf of Suma Developments to the coffeehouse chain for a rent of £65,000 per annum.

Continuing the success of the wider development, Silverwoods Park will be a roadside scheme to complement the recently constructed housing and the Aldi food store which is directly opposite on Silverwoods Way.

John Roberts, Head of Automotive & Roadside, said: “With takeaway services being able to continue throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the drive thru market has remained resilient. This location is ideal for the Costa Coffee brand as it is roadside, beside a residential development as well as supermarkets and a local leisure centre.”

Customers are expected to be able to pick up their favourite hot drinks from the store by the middle of next year.

Colliers International and Halls Commercial are jointly marketing further roadside and trade counter units at the location being constructed by Suma Developments.
