It has also built up a strong reputation with the local population who use the restaurant and leisure facilities. The diversity in income streams is a significant attraction to any new owners who will be able to develop the hotel’s facilities further to attract new leisure and business guests.  There is also the opportunity to add further rooms however, this would be subject to planning.”
