Colliers City Investment team has been appointed by a private vendor to sell Knight’s Quarter, at 14 St John’s Lane in Farringdon. Offers will be sought in excess of £17 million reflecting a capital value of around £850 per sq ft
The 20,000 sq ft freehold office building is situated in one of Farringdon’s most prime locations. Knight’s Quarter further benefits from being a corner building and situated within only 150 metres of Farringdon Station, which will be a major hub on the Elizabeth Line following its completion 2022. The property is currently occupied by law firm Kingsley Napley.
Dominic Amey, Head of City Investment at Colliers International, commented: “14 St John’s Lane offers an excellent opportunity for investors, developers and owner occupiers seeking a freehold in one of Central London’s most vibrant and exciting locations. Farringdon is home to a diverse mix of occupiers and with Crossrail set to arrive in the next couple of years we expect there to be continued appetite in the area, from both investors and occupiers."
