Colliers International’s Retail Capital Markets team hires Pierre Kunkler

Kunkler joins from Time Retail.

Colliers International has today announced the appointment of Pierre Kunkler as a director in its retail capital markets team to strengthen its presence in the market. 

Pierre has more than 10 years’ experience in the retail capital markets sector, acting for a wide range of clients over the years including institutions, property companies, developers and HNW investors.

He joins from Time Retail, where he has been since 2017 specialising in high street, shopping centre, out of town retail parks and mixed-use investments as well as fundings.

He started his career in 2009 at niche investment practice Lewis Ellis before joining DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) retail investment team in 2013.

At Colliers he will report to Tom Edson, head of the department, and will focus on all aspects of retail investments, advising clients including institutions, developers, property companies, funds and supermarkets to buy and sell real estate opportunities.

·         Consistently delivering service excellence, meeting with business heads of a regular basis and trying to influence the research as much as possible to ensure our content has a strong enough news hook.

·         Key campaigns that I work on include MIPIM; MAPIC; REVO; Midsummer Retail Report; IHIF; Cities of Influence in addition to a host of all alternative property sector research reports.
