Modern office space behind Georgian façade in Bristol city centre

An office overlooking Bristol’s landmark Queen Square which provides 3,925 sq ft of high-quality modern space behind a period façade has been brought to the market by Colliers International.

James Preece, director in the National Offices team in Bristol, said: “These offices extend across part of the second floor of 40 Queen Square, and offer high-quality modern facilities behind a Grade II listed façade. The combination of the location and excellent features of the building will attract a variety of occupiers.”

The offices are located on the southern side of Queen Square, which is one of the largest Georgian squares outside London, and benefit from being within a five-storey building with a main reception and lifts, plus secure car parking, a dedicated cycle storage and shower facilities.

They are available by way of assignment of an existing lease that expires in 2021, or a new lease directly from the landlord may be available for a term of years to be agreed.

Queen Square is in close proximity to the extensive range of restaurants, bars, hotels and shopping facilities in Bristol city centre and Harbourside. It is also within walking distance of Temple Meads railway station.
