Colliers, on behalf of APML Estate has secured Rosa’s Thai Café as the new occupant at 48 Grafton Way, a ground floor and basement restaurant in Fitzrovia.
The 2,822 sq ft former Ask Italian is located close to Warren Street underground station and is centrally located in an area well known for its high volume of tourists and a large student population from UCL, SOAS and Birkbeck. With a double frontage and outdoor seating, the new Rosa’s Thai Cafe will benefit from a prominent position on Grafton Way.
As well as agreeing this new premises in Fitzrovia Rosa’s Thai, which currently has 24 restaurants, has also agreed terms on units on Caledonian Road and Baker Street. This year the group plans to add up to six new sites to its business.
George Collison of the London Restaurants team at Colliers, comments: “This letting to Rosa’s Thai demonstrates the current demand for new lease fitted restaurant sites. We received a number of offers on the premises from a variety of brands, but the quality and resilience of Rosa’s operation shone through. This is an exciting new location for the brand who will no doubt make a success of it.”
