EMEA Occupier Services Group appoints new Head of Enterprise Solutions

James Rawdon-Mogg to take on new role to support business growth and new account mobilisations


Colliers International has promoted James Rawdon-Mogg to Head of Enterprise Solutions, Occupier Services EMEA. 

James joined Colliers in January 2014 and has been a key part of developing the EMEA  business, managing relationships with clients in the FMCG, finance and logistics sectors.

In this new position, James will drive the development and execution of our value propositions for major occupier clients integrating Corporate Solutions, Tenant Representation, Brokerage, Project Management and Workplace Advisory services.

James Rawdon-Mogg is the Head of Enterprise Client Solutions for Occupier Services in EMEA, leading on business development, account mobilisation and client account transformation.  James is a member of the EMEA Occupier Services Advisory Board.

James has been working in EMEA Occupier Services at Colliers International since January 2014, managing corporate client accounts, developing new relationships and service lines. Prior to joining Colliers, James qualified as a commercial Chartered Surveyor with Savills and spent 3 years as a self employed consultant. As a former member of the Army Reserves, James also spent a year on mobilised full time service on operations in Afghanistan (Op Herrick 12/ 13).

James has 15 years’ experience in commercial asset management, corporate real estate consultancy, lease advisory and property management, qualifying as a surveyor (RICS) in 2009. He has worked on client accounts ranging from large corporates such as National Grid, Electronic Data Systems, BP and Shell, to small investment clients with commercial portfolios. 

In his spare time, James is also a (very) amateur jockey, riding mainly in point to point races and also occasionally under rules.

I am responsible for media relations and generating coverage in top tier broadcast and print media. I work across a range of Colliers’ UK & Pan-EMEA business lines advising on their strategic and tactical PR needs.

My role includes:

·         Developing and executing PR plans for the various business lines to help promote their key messages across all aspects of the media - print, broadcast and social.

·          Media evaluation and reporting objectives, targets and successes across the business.

·         Reputation management and crisis management.

·         Media training.

·         Media engagement: setting up meetings with top tier media and various internal spokespeople to continuously expand and build a presence with property and vertical media network.

·         Consistently delivering service excellence, meeting with business heads of a regular basis and trying to influence the research as much as possible to ensure our content has a strong enough news hook.

·         Key campaigns that I work on include MIPIM; MAPIC; REVO; Midsummer Retail Report; IHIF; Cities of Influence in addition to a host of all alternative property sector research reports.
