Michelle Mason appointed as Chief People Officer, EMEA

Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers has announced that Michelle Mason has been appointed as Chief People Officer (CPO) in EMEA, effective immediately. She leads the strategic people function, partnering with the leadership and people teams across the region’s 41 countries to evolve the people strategy and operations and enable greater performance.

Reporting to Chris McLernon, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in EMEA, Michelle joins Colliers from global built environment consultancy, AECOM, where she was HR Director for the International Business Division and a member of the Executive leadership team. Michelle brings a breadth of expertise from her 20 years experience, including key people and HR roles at DLA Piper, Barclays Bank and Reed Smith across Europe, Middle East and APAC, and will enhance Colliers expert leadership team to deliver excellence in engaging and enabling the company’s 4,000 staff across EMEA.

Prior to Colliers Anna worked at the global law firm, Dentons LLP as a Senior Business Development Manager for the Real Estate team and latterly as Head of Campaigns for the UKIME region, focusing on Environmental, Social and Governance. Anna also worked at CBRE for over two years and supported the Occupier Services section of the EMEA business. Before CBRE, Anna was at Lambert Smith Hampton for nearly nine years in a regional marketing role and later as a UK campaign manager.
