To mark this year’s International Women’s Day and embrace #EachforEqual

Leading real estate professional services and investment management company Colliers International, has published its global diversity & inclusion statement, which has been endorsed by Global CEO and President Jay Hennick and all the firm’s regional CEO’s including Chris McLernon, EMEA CEO.

“At Colliers we believe making inclusion and diversity one of our strategic areas of focus is not only the right thing to do, it is the only way to lead our industry into the future,” said Chris McLernon, EMEA CEO. “We recognise that Colliers, and the wider real estate sector, has a way to go to achieve a better gender balance. This is our pledge to you and our clients, that Colliers is a company that wants everybody to feel like they truly belong and can achieve success.”

To mark this year’s International Women’s Day and embrace their campaign #EachforEqual, many Colliers colleagues around the region are celebrating in different ways throughout the month of March.

There are an impressive array of initiatives running across the region including personalised letters and special gifts for female employees and clients; business and digital focussed workshops open to everybody; guest speakers from charities that support women; and hosting panel discussions on building diverse teams.
