Colliers has bolstered its presence in the operational ‘beds’ sectors with the appointment of Alanna Peach who has joined the firm as a director.
Joining from BNP Paribas Real Estate, Alanna has specialised in operational markets for the last six years working across the student, BTR and retirement living sectors. At Colliers, she will be working within Operational Capital Markets, a team which has grown to be 20-strong across the business. Bringing with her strong client relationships and a proven track record, Alanna will focus on the acquisition and disposal of assets, providing funding and development advice whilst working alongside other departments such as Valuations, Development Advisory and Debt Advisory to provide a 360 service to Colliers’ clients.
Paddy Allen, head of Operational Capital Markets at Colliers, comments: “In adding Alanna to our team we are creating further depth, reflecting the increased demand we are seeing from clients for expert advice and market insights. In the current market we have certainly seen investors look for opportunities outside their usual avenues and they need experts to advise them along the way. Alanna’s expertise and experience across sectors, including development opportunities, will allow us to provide market leading advice and add value to our clients.”
Alanna added: “After taking maternity leave following the birth of my first child, I am extremely excited to join the Operational Capital Markets team at Colliers, one which has been growing and working across some great projects. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience with the BTR, Student and Retirement sectors to the table. I feel especially proud to be joining such a forward thinking, friendly and diverse team, who continue to offer the best quality advice to clients, especially in these uncertain times.”
