Colliers has been awarded a prestigious mandate from Astrea to provide property management services to the Berkeley Square Estate.

Following a competitive tender process, Colliers was selected to take on the mandate for the Central London portfolio which comprises several historic buildings and landmark properties in Mayfair and Knightsbridge.

Stephanie Handley, Head of Property Management, ESG & Placemaking at Astrea, said: “As custodians of this significant London Estate, we were looking for a team aligned with our thinking that will deliver the innovation that our occupiers are currently seeking for their workplaces,  as we continue to reposition the portfolio. Colliers’ match this ambition and will deliver a tailored service at asset level and adapt quickly to meet changing occupier demands.”

Mark Jarrett, Head of Property Management at Colliers, added: “We are delighted Astrea have chosen Colliers and are looking forward to helping them deliver services worthy of the most prestigious estate in London.

At Colliers, we pride ourselves on our ability to understand the unique challenges facing landlords today, from the necessity to reach Net Zero through to floorplate flexibility and future-proofing. Above all else, we put the needs of the occupier first, developing bespoke solutions for each building and creating communities where our tenants can thrive. Our expertise-based approach to the three pillars of management - customer experience, ESG and technology - means we have the agility and experience in the team to deliver on our promises.”

Colliers will officially take over management of the Berkeley Square Estate from Avison Young in the New Year.
