New-build Camberwell residential scheme, WING, launching sales & marketing suite and latest help-to-buy phase with only 5% deposit on apartments and penthouses

Global real estate advisor, Colliers International, is launching the sales and marketing suite of new residential development, WING, in Camberwell, at an on-site event on Saturday 27 January, where there will also be the latest release of new units available on the Help-to-Buy scheme. Buyers need just a 5% deposit* and will be able to move in from April this year**.

 WING comprises more than 120 one, two and three bedroom private units which range from £395,000.

 The developer, Hyde New Homes has confirmed that there will be some exclusive incentives being offered at the show flat launch for buyers who reserve on the day.

 Ben Morris, Head of New Homes at Colliers International, said, “We have had a overwhelming amount of interest so far. Despite this being the first time we’ll have product to show, 40% of the project has already sold. The governments Help to Buy initiative is too good an opportunity to miss and so we’re expecting the show flat opening to be a huge success given the limited number of units available. WING will attract a broad mix of buyers ranging from young professionals to families from the Camberwell area but also from neighbouring areas such as London Bridge and Brixton. Camberwell has been earmarked as one of South-East Londons next hotspots due to it’s well connected transport links into central London and flourishing high street and parks.

 *** For anyone who wants to reserve on the day of the event, they MUST be pre-qualified for Help to Buy by Capricorn Financial prior to the day of the event. They will need to bring along 1 x proof of ID (ideally passport but driving licence will suffice), 1 x proof of address (utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement) dated within the last 3 months and 1 x debit or credit card for payment of the £500 reservation fee (per person i.e. if two people are buying one home together, proof of ID and address will be required for both parties).
