Colliers International boosts Capital Markets offering with new Head of South East Office Investment

Colliers International has appointed Chris Lewis as director and Head of South East Office Investment to its National Capital Markets team.


Chris will start at the firm towards the end of the year and joins from Cushman & Wakefield where he spent 15 years, most recently as partner in the investment team. At Colliers International Chris’ focus will be on the acquisition and disposal of office properties around the Thames Valley and Greater London, including business parks, town centre properties and longer term development projects. He brings with him strong relationships with many institutions, overseas investors and property company clients.
