Two new joiners to the Licensed & Leisure team.
Two new agents have joined the Licensed & Leisure team at commercial real estate firm Colliers.
Senior surveyor Will Tait and newly qualified surveyor Beth Meacham have joined the team to strengthen the firm’s regional agency offering.
Will has joined the firm from Rapleys, where he conducted both disposal and acquisition of leisure and retail properties for national brands and local clients. He has joined Colliers’ Manchester office.
Beth Meacham is a newly qualified surveyor who passed her APC examinations in November 2021, following a graduate trainee programme at Colliers. She has now joined the leisure agency team at the Birmingham office in 2022.
Ross Kirton, head of Leisure Agency at the firm, said: “As the lockdown restrictions have eased we’re seeing increasing demand from both established and emerging operators seeking representation in Manchester and Birmingham. There are a growing number of leasing and regeneration projects in these cities where landlords and developers recognise the importance of hospitality and leisure expertise in creating the right vibe for their project. The appointments of Will and Beth strengthens our ability to meet clients’ requirements.”
