Colliers has appointed Jack Knivett and Mark Radford as directors to further enhance its London Offices service provision.
Jack Knivett will join Colliers in the New Year, bringing with him more than 15 years’ experience in advising a wide range of clients on the full spectrum of leasing requirements. Jack will be based in the West End while continuing to provide clients with strategic leasing advice across Central London. He joins from CBRE where he was a Senior Director, prior to that he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Farebrother / Union Street Partners and Edward Charles & Partners.
Meanwhile, Mark Radford has joined the team from niche firm BDG Sparkes Porter, having previously worked at CBRE, JLL and Montagu Evans where he has built his reputation within the central London office market.
“As more people begin to return to their offices, we anticipate the leasing market will continue to get busier during the remainder of 2021 and it is crucial that we bolster the depth of expertise within our team at a senior level to meet that additional demand.” said Alex Kemp, Director and Co-Head of West End Leasing at Colliers.
“With Mark starting this week and Jack following in the new year, we are really excited to be adding a combined 30 years of experience and insight with which to support our clients across all London submarkets.”
Colliers’ CEO for UK & Ireland, Tony Horrell added: “We have been focussed on expanding our agency and capital markets teams across London over the past few months, with the announcement of a series of strategic hires, each bringing their own depth of market knowledge and expertise to our growing central London client base. I look forward to working closely with Mark, Jack and the wider London Offices division as we shape our offering in the Capital, continuing to anticipate and adapt to changing market conditions to provide best-in-class service that accelerates the future success of our clients.”
