The Parks Agency team at global real estate advisor, Colliers International, has sold Brickyard Farm Lakes in North Yorkshire on behalf of a retiring local couple.

Situated on the outskirts of the popular market town, Malton, the park has been bought by a private family operator off a guide price of £799,500. The 9.9 acre site has planning consent for 35 touring pitches and boasts three well-stocked fishing lakes. There is also a four-bedroom cottage ideal for use as owners’ accommodation.
