“HIMOR’S Future Carrington project is one of the largest regeneration schemes in the Northern Powerhouse. The full site is proposed for 11,500 new homes and eight million sq ft of employment development over the next 20 - 30 years. Development will be supported by substantial investment in transport, social and green infrastructure, including a new link road to the M60 so this is a great opportunity for a new occupier.”
