North Bristol business park at full occupancy

Beaufort Court in Almondsbury is now fully let after recent letting by Colliers International.

Beaufort Office Park in North Bristol is now fully let after Jehu Construction took the last remaining building - 8 Blenheim Court - following a deal brokered jointly by global real estate advisor Colliers International. Jehu, a third-generation family-owned business with more than 80 years of successful trading history, took the 1,492 sq ft open plan office space on a new five-year lease.

Colliers International Senior Surveyor Alfie Passingham said: “We have acted jointly with Burston Cook on this scheme for the last three years and are delighted to have taken it to full occupancy.

“The success of this business park is testament to the unwavering confidence in the Bristol market, with the majority of occupiers favouring the prominence of this scheme and its fast links to the motorway network.”

Blenheim Court is a terrace of two-storey purpose-built offices. Unit 8 is entirely self-contained, providing refurbished, open plan accommodation over two floors, with six allocated parking spaces.
