5,500 sq ft let at Klinger Industrial Park to City Plumbing Supplies

M&G Real Estate has let 5,500 sq ft at Klinger Industrial Park, Sidcup, to City Plumbing Supplies, part of the Travis Perkins Group, on a new 10-year term.


Klinger Industrial Park is a brand new development of 14 industrial, warehouse and trade counter units across 117,000 sq ft. The scheme encompasses the former Klinger factory, a Grade-II listed building, and was developed by Chancerygate, having been  forward sold to M&G Real Estate prior to construction.

The letting follows already completed deals to Halfords Auto Centres, Sally Beauty and Titan Storage Solutions on the park.The new scheme is located on the prominent Edgington Way in Sidcup, within close proximity to the A20, M25 and central London.
