All through lockdown we took decisive action to protect our people, clients and communities with our ‘safety and wellbeing first approach.’
Although we invoked travel restrictions and ensured all our employees worked remotely in the UK, Colliers remained fully operational throughout. Despite the challenges the country and the economy face, our unerring aim is to keep momentum going and to provide you with the same quality of service that you have come to expect from us.
The dedication to client service, resilience and professionalism; not to mention the contribution that our employees have made to their communities has given me and the leadership of Colliers great pride.
Now, as lockdown restrictions are being eased, we change our focus to building the future together with our clients. We look to the threat to public health being reduced; the gradual rebuilding of the economy and to helping you return to your workplaces and the new normal.
Following RICS procedures we have resumed property viewings and site inspections; and we are seeing an increase in demand for our expert advice in areas like rating and asset management. For our employees that need access, or want to work to from the office where they feel comfortable to do so and can avoid public transport, we have already opened our London offices. In the same way, our intention is to ensure that all our offices across the UK meet social distancing and safety standards in line with Government guidelines over the coming weeks.
I’d like to thank you for your trust in us and your continued business in these uncertain times, and reassure you that Colliers is here to advise and support you. Your contacts at Colliers remain on hand at all times to provide you with advice and guidance, so don’t hesitate to contact them as you need.
