The award recognises the top transactions of each quarter using detailed analysis from deal information collected from across the real estate industry.

Industrial and Logistics 

  • Leasing 11,481 sq ft at Heathrow Industrial Park
  • A significant land sale in the North East
  • Two industrial lettings in Scotland
  • 150,000 sq ft letting to Noatum Maritime in the South East
  • 33,532 sq ft letting to Hellmann Worldwide Logistics
  • 52,948 sq ft letting in the West Midlands 

Automotive and Roadside:
  • An Imperial Car Supermarkets leasing deal in Birmingham 

National Offices:
  • Letting to Ashfords LLP in Bristol
  • Letting to Harrison Clark Rickerbys in Cardiff
  • A 42,472 sq ft letting in the South East

National Capital Markets:

  • Two deals at Magna Park in Leicester; A £15.9 million disposal for Picton Property Income and a £40 million acquisition for Aver Property

Len has more than 30 years' experience in the commercial property sector. Having started out as a trainee surveyor in 1983 he moved on to set up Jansons in 1990, a niche agency specialising in industrial in North and West London. Michael has worked as an investment specialist for over 15 years.  Throughout that time Michael has focussed on Industrial, Office and Mixed Portfolio Investment work UK wide.  Michael is also experienced in undertaking Sale & Leaseback transactions on behalf of Corporate Clients. 

 

Based in Colliers Central London office Michael works closely with investment, agency and professional colleagues in both London and the Colliers International regional offices throughout the UK. 

 

Michael’s major investment clients include UK and International Institutions, Property Companies and High Net Worth individuals including Legal & General, Aberdeen Standard, Clipstone Land, Ascendas Singbridge, Gazeley, Peel Logistics, The Cording Group, Gramercy, The Milton Group and Colliers Capital amongst others.

John Roberts

John has worked within this niche sector for many years and has been a member of the Colliers International Automotive and Roadside Team for over 15 years. His specialist areas of expertise include motor dealerships, car supermarkets, after sales retail networks including motorist centres, trade counter, drive thru' and roadside retail properties.

He acts on behalf of some of the lead investors, developers and occupiers within these sectors dealing with professional, agency, development and investment matters. Having joined Colliers in August 2008 my role has included numerous disposals and acquisitions in the South West for a myriad of clients, from large funds such as Aviva to private individuals.

I previously worked for Bidwells Business Space Agency team in Cambridge (2003 -2008) where I specialised in office and research & development disposals and acquisitions.

Before this I worked for Chesterton International Plc in Central London. After qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2001, I remained in the City office agency team.

Paul Souber

Paul Souber is a highly experienced London retail property expert, and has a particular specialism in the luxury sector.

He advises major London landlords – including The Crown Estate, Grosvenor, The Church Commissioners and Shaftesbury Plc – on how their retail holdings in the capital can be enhanced through leasing and placemaking.

His consultancy also involves advising various leading brands on their property strategy and sourcing the stores which best serve their strategic needs.

During a career in which he has advised on the leasing of more than 1.5m sq. ft. of shopping space, Paul has worked with clients including Yves St Laurent, Roksanda Ilincic, Gina Shoes, Balenciaga, Oliver Bonas, Boux Avenue, Sweaty Betty and Headmasters.

I have been working in commercial property communications for over 10 years  having previously worked at CBRE and Savills.

In my role at Colliers I am responsible for the PR of National Capital Markets, London Offices and Investment Property  Management teams as well as Scotland.

My role includes:

  • Media monitoring and reporting
  • Advising on brand, tone of voice and profile raising
