Ed Jefferson from the firm’s Hotels team said while many hotels had updated their bedrooms, restaurants or bars, Babbacombe Bay Hotel was unusual in that the owners had refurbished the entire property, from the popular café bar on the ground floor to the panoramic roof terrace.
