Michael Hardman joins Colliers with over a decade of experience in roles at various tiers of supply chain, including client side, and has a strong foothold in understanding different stakeholder requirements and expectations up to and including board level. A chartered quantity surveyor, with technical Building Services qualifications and experience, his sector specialism is landmark commercial developments in London. Michael previously worked for Gardiner & Theobald LLP where he was responsible for leading the cost, commercial and risk management for engineering services spend of the 1 million sq ft Google Headquarters in London.

Brian Hession joins as an Associate Director and chartered quantity surveyor, with over 15 years of experience client-facing quantity surveying experience in the residential, hotel, office and PRS sectors. Brian has extensive experience in all stages of the development process from feasibility to settlement of final accounts.
